Refund Policy

We do not generally offer refunds or exchanges. All products on the Site are final sale.

There may be certain exceptions where we offer refunds to comply with the law, and certain situations where we may offer partial refunds at our own discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged shipments

Once you receive your package, please inspect it and contact us immediately if your products arrived damaged, defective or if you did not receive the products you ordered.

We will work with our shipping service provider to resolve issues related damage in transit.

Please make sure to let us know about any damaged products no later than seven (7) days after the delivery date.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to a country that is part of the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the date of delivery, under the "cooling-off period" provision.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation, custom orders (personalized items and special orders), products under a special promotion/clearance, as well as perishable goods.

No Returns without Authorization

No products may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our customer support team at support@jancat.art

Shipments to Jancat that are not authorized by our customer service team will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

If we do offer you a refund, whether as part of a legal requirement or at our own discretion, we will notify you when we receive your returned items. It may take 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return on our end. After that, we will notify you when we process the refund to your method of payment. Please keep in mind that your bank may take a few business days to reflect the refund on your account - this is unfortunately outside of our control.

In the event that you do not receive your refund after 14 days in this case, please contact us at support@jancat.art and we will work together with you to resolve any issues as quickly as we can
