The shipping fees may vary and are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items you order, as well as based on the destination.
Please make sure to include complete and correct details as part of your shipping address to avoid delays.
Sometimes, due to technical issues and unforeseen circumstances, the quoted shipping fee may not be correct. In these cases, we will contact you by email to let you know if an adjustment is required to be able to cover the shipping costs to your location.
We try our very best to provide precise shipping quotes and hope to minimize the instances where this manual step is required.
Thank you for your patience, support and understanding as we figure out these issues, especially in the light of various delivery service disruptions and recent international import/export law changes.
Delivery times quoted on the Site are only estimates and are subject to change. We use a third-party shipping service to deliver your order and rely on their delivery time estimates.
As such, while we strive to provide the fastest experience possible, we unfortunately have no control over the actual delivery time of your order after we pack and ship it off.
Reliability of delivery time estimates will also vary based on your shipping destination - please keep that in mind, especially when ordering from outside Canada and/or to remote locations.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer "Delivery Duty Paid" service. You are responsible for all sales taxes, VAT, customs fees, duties and/or tariffs imposed by your destination jurisdiction on your ordered items. If you are importing into a country that does not have a tax-free import policy with Canada, you may be contacted by the carrier to pay customs fees once your shipment crosses the border. You may alternatively be required to remit customs fees at the time of delivery. Jancat has no control over these processes, although please let us know if you are experiencing issues with receiving your package.
Once you receive your package, please inspect it and contact us immediately if your products arrived damaged, defective or if you did not receive the products you ordered.
Please make sure to let us know about any damaged products no later than seven (7) days after the delivery date.
All our shipments are sent from Ontario, Canada. Please keep that in mind when planning for any customs fees or tariffs that may be due if you're shipping internationally.
